Summary
Under the fluorescent lights that bathe the streets of Los Angeles in yellow, an ordinary night behind the wheel suddenly turns into a nightmare. The calm passenger the taxi driver picks up is a cold-blooded hitman who has made the city his home. This neo-noir crime thriller, directed by Michael Mann, centers on a nonstop taxi ride that lasts until morning.
With every instruction coming from the back seat, the tension on the streets escalates as the distance between the two men melts away. Coming into such close contact with the city’s dark underbelly for the first time, the driver must learn the rules of this deadly game to survive.
