On a metallic platform in the middle of the void, five men breathe in and out in unison. This short film by Christoph and Wolfgang Lauenstein takes place in an isolated world where every movement disrupts the delicate balance. The precise arrangement designed to equalize their weight is shaken by a mysterious chest that falls into the center. The cold shadow of politics and greed slowly grows amid the clicks of stop-motion animation. While no one dares to take the first step, even the slightest selfish move is close enough to drag everyone into the same void.
