When Nyatta the cat sets out to reclaim the spirit of her sister, who is on the brink of death, she finds herself in a dreamlike landscape filled with an unnamed train car and endless deserts. In this animated work, Tatsuo Sato sets aside conventional narrative patterns. This psychological nightmare, wandering through the farthest corners of the mind, draws the viewer into an eerie universe where the rules of logic no longer apply. As the images flow one after another, time bends, spaces lose their meaning, and ordinary objects turn into threats. As the journey unfolds, bizarre figures and absurd events weave the fabric of this dark fairy tale.
