In 1930s London, the streets whisper of a different reality. Crumbling walls, dark corridors, and lives crushed by poverty lay bare the city’s hidden side. This short film by Edgar Anstey and Arthur Elton uses documentary-style footage to trace the transition to a brand-new system of public housing.
