Filtfh (2020) - Adam Ciolfi

Adam Ciolfi’s camera wanders through the streets of a suburb that appears calm but is rotting from within. The vacant expressions on the characters’ faces reveal the silent suffocation that comes with provincial life. As time drags on, the shadows behind the houses grow longer. Rather than overwhelming the viewer with grand dramas, the director leaves them face to face with the invisible tension lurking beneath ordinary days.
